Ordering Information

1. Orders will be shipped 2-7 Business days from the date of order in most cases.
2. Please fill out the order form with as much information as possible.
3. We will contact you with pricing and email you a Credit Card Authorization Form.
4. A credit card receipt & paid invoice with the tracking # on the invoice will be emailed to you once your order ships.
5. Be aware acknowledgement of your order on this form may go to your SPAM folder.
